8:30 Small Groups:
Organized randomly by house, grade level, department
An SLC Council member will lead the conversation
- What do we value the most based on our cornerstones- what is most important?
- What must be saved no matter what?
- What must be gained back in order to fulfill the mission?
- If we have control over our decisions, what can we give up in trade for keeping teachers?
Return to the large group and share out ideas.
11:00 House Meetings:
Determine the focus of the collective work for the year. How do we move forward as a House, and how do we continue our efforts toward improving student achievement?
12:00 Lunch-PTSO sponsored
